Conclusion: Authenticity.
Finally, authenticity produces happiness in the life
of the Christian and the consecrated person, mediocrity leads to the corruption
of good, and worldliness is dangerous for our consecrated life. All this
contributes to living and sharing the joy of the Gospel in the task of vocational
animation.
Fruitful religious.
- Rooted in God. The contemplative encounter with God transforms us and makes us
fruitful as a free offer of spirituality.
- Fraternal, communitarian and affective. Sincere affection and the gift of life
give us serenity of spirit.
- On the frontier: incarnated. Free from secularization and relativism,
we commit ourselves to human realities in order to enlighten them with
faith and a desire for the infinite.
- Free, joyful, gratuitous and close. We are profoundly and responsibly free
people who are happy to share our lives freely from our closeness[1].
“The members of the Institute are all Brothers and
use this name. They are called to be brothers of Christ, brothers among them,
brothers of every man, by the testimony of Christ’s charity towards all, especially
the least and the neediest; brothers to improve brotherhood in the Church
itself [2]”.
- Close to
the lay Jesus, to our religious community and to the people[3].
- Expert guides of spiritual life who accompany,
help and share.
- Inserted
in the People of God, in the local Church and in humanity.
- We integrate
in our person laicism and sacredness,
thus uniting the profane and the sacred.
- We are a sign
of God's presence in secular realities (culture, science, human health, the
world of work, care of the weak and disadvantaged) by taking on ecclesial
ministries.
- We develop fraternal
communion in common life by living the Lord's new commandment and
projecting it into our relationships outside the community.
- We share
the charism with other lay believers by being a living memory of the
founder and by contributing to the building up of the Church, to the good of
mankind and to the satisfaction of the needs of the world.
- We are prophets
of hospitality, of the meaning of life, of the care and defense of life and
creation, of the wise use of new technologies[4].

fruitful Religious man and an authentic Brother in your role as vocation
animator?
